CEDAR FALLS, Iowa, May 10 -- The University of Northern Iowa issued the following news release:
Jordan Downing, a Waverly-Shell Rock student and incoming UNI freshman, has been awarded the Sally Gearhart Strottman Memorial Scholarship in Elementary Education at the University of Northern Iowa.
