WASHINGTON, May 10 -- The Senate Appropriations subcommittee on Interior, Environment and Related Agencies issued the following statement by Chairman Lisa A. Murkowski, R-Alaska, at a hearing to review the fiscal 2019 budget request for the Interior Department:
