HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, May 9 -- The Pennsylvania Department of Education issued the following news:
Education Secretary Pedro A. Rivera announced that Linda Gagliardo, an employee in the Education Department's Division of Veterans Military Education, was presented with the Governor's Award for Excellence at a ceremony today in Harrisburg.
