WASHINGTON, May 9 -- The office of Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $794,100 for West Virginia through the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA).
