NEWARK, New Jersey, May 9 -- Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Fulfilling his promise to ensure financial aid equity for DREAMers, Governor Phil Murphy today signed legislation allowing these New Jersey students to apply for state financial aid assistance. New Jersey now becomes the ninth state in the nation to make both tuition and financial aid available to DREAMers.
