WACO, Texas, May 8 -- Baylor University issued the following news:
Rebecca Voth, a senior University Scholar at Baylor University studying political science, international studies, philosophy and Spanish, has been selected to receive a prestigious Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) to Mexico.
