WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, ranking member of the House Appropriations subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies, issued the following statement regarding reports that President Trump and Congressional Republicans are planning to rescind funds from the children's health insurance program:
