WASHINGTON, May 7 -- The Council of Chief State School Officers issued the following news release:
The National Governors Association (NGA) and the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) today announced that four additional states will receive grants and support to help develop a policy agenda to strengthen the quality of their early care and education (ECE) workforce, bringing the total to ten states. Michigan, Maryland, California, and Pennsylvania have now joined Arkansas . . .
