SAN FRANCISCO, April 19 -- Pacific Gas and Electric Co., a subsidiary of Pacific Gas and Electric Corp., issued the following news release:

Three peregrine falcon chicks that hatched in March atop the PG&E headquarters at 77 Beale St. were banded today by researchers.
