JACKSON, Mississippi, April 19 -- Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning issued the following news release:
Trustee C.D. Smith passed the gavel to incoming President Shane Hooper at the meeting of the IHL Board of Trustees held today in Jackson. Trustee Hooper will officially take office on May 8.
