Senate Armed Services Committee Issues Testimony From USMC Commandant

WASHINGTON, April 19 -- The Senate Armed Services Committee issued the following testimony by Gen. Robert B. Neller, commandant of the Marine Corps, at a hearing to examine the posture of the U.S. Navy:
Marines - Vital to our Nation's Defense
