WASHINGTON, April 18 -- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following news release:
DCCC Chairman Ben Ray Lujan today announced that Gil Cisneros has earned a spot on the DCCC's highly competitive Red to Blue program. Cisneros is in a select group of Democratic candidates in the country to receive this designation thus far.
