ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas, April 18 -- Cowley College issued the following news release:
Recognized as Cowley College's first Student of the Month during the 2017-18 academic year, Kelsie Whitcomb's involvement and success on the main campus was not forgotten as the math education major was named the Student of the Year during the annual Honors and Awards ceremony held Tuesday in the Earle N.
