WINONA, Minnesota, April 18 -- Winona State University issued the following news:
The ceremonial groundbreaking for WSU's Education Village will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 28, on the corner of Sanborn and Lafayette streets, to the south of Wabasha Hall.
