VICTORIA, British Columbia, April 17 -- Royal Roads University issued the following news release:
The Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training has announced Royal Roads University will receive $250,000 to lead a group of community partners to prepare a business plan on post-secondary education delivery options in Langford.
