FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 16 -- The Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet's Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority issued the following news release:
Kentucky residents have another chance to win a new iPad from the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) in a sweepstakes being held through Facebook in May. The contest runs from 12 a.m. on May 1 through 12 a.m. on June 1.
