TULSA, Oklahoma, April 16 -- Public Service Company of Oklahoma issued the following news release:
With his bright yellow bulb aglow, PSO safety "spokesbug" Louie the Lightning Bug is winging his way to a school near you. And he's bringing his safety message with him.
Now, through early May, Louie is bringing his Lights on for Louie safety show to hundreds of elementary school students across southeastern and southwestern Oklahoma.
