DECORAH, Iowa, April 16 -- Luther College issued the following news:
Guest lecturer Joshua Palkki will address how gender stereotypes appear in choral classrooms as well as musical and social issues involving LGBTQ students in ensembles at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 29, in Valders room 206 on the Luther College campus.
The lecture, "Creating Safe Space in the Music Classroom," is open to the public with no charge for admission.
