DURANT, Oklahoma, April 16 -- Southeastern Oklahoma State University issued the following news release:
Lobbyist/consultant Lesa Smaligo will be the speaker at Southeastern Oklahoma State University's Spring Commencement on May 12.
Two ceremonies (10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) will be held in the Bloomer Sullivan Arena.
