RICHMOND, Virginia, March 27 -- Gov. Ralph S. Northam, R-Virginia, issued the following proclamation:
WHEREAS, Education and Sharing Day is celebrated on the birthday of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, in honor of his devotion to education; and
WHEREAS, education is vital to the success of our Commonwealth and nation; and
WHEREAS, the Commonwealth of Virginia aims to educate students in the fundamental knowledge and academic subject . . .
