ATLANTA, Georgia, March 29 -- Georgia Charter Schools Association issued the following news release:
This is the first time since austerity cuts began more than a decade ago that the Quality Basic Education (QBE) Formula is fully funded. This is wonderful news for all of Georgia's public schools.
