CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia, March 29 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:
On March 23, President-elect James E. Ryan charged two search committees with identifying candidates for the University of Virginia's next executive vice president and provost and executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Ryan previously announced his intention to launch the two executive searches in a message to the University community on March 12.
