ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, March 29 -- The American Boat and Yacht Council issued the following news release:
The American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) announced that David Broadbent has been promoted to the position of assistant director of education. Broadbent will manage ABYC's educational courses as well as work on developing new education programs to serve the marine industry.
