ST. PAUL, Minnesota, March 28 -- The Minnesota House Democratic-Farmer-Labor Caucus issued the following news release:
Today, State Rep. Carlos Mariani (DFL-St. Paul) shared his support for Governor Mark Dayton's proposal to make permanent a previous one-time appropriation for voluntary pre-Kindergarten programs pioneered under the Dayton Administration. If the Legislature takes no action, significant funding for St. Paul Public Schools will end.
