WASHINGTON, March 28 -- The office of Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-New York, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand today announced more than $73 million was included in the omnibus bill for the Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID).
