HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, March 27 -- The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education issued the following news release:
Dr. H. Fred Walker will resign as president of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, effective Friday (March 30).
Dr. Walker informed the Board of Governors of Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education of his decision today. He has served as Edinboro's president since July 2016.
