VERMILLION, South Dakota, March 27 -- The University of South Dakota issued the following news:
University of South Dakota alumna Cecily Engelhart will deliver a lecture on expression and identity in Old Main's Farber Hall March 28 at 7 p.m.
Engelhart, who is Ihanktonwan/Oglala, earned a bachelor's degree in American Indian Studies from USD in 2011. She also holds a postgraduate diploma from the University of Auckland in New Zealand and a master's degree . . .
