ST. PAUL, Minnesota, March 27 -- The Minnesota House Democratic-Farmer-Labor Caucus issued the following news release:
Today, State Reps. Rena Moran (DFL-St. Paul) and Dave Pinto (DFL - St. Paul), shared their support for Governor Mark Dayton's proposal to make permanent a previous one-time appropriation for voluntary pre-Kindergarten programs pioneered under the Dayton Administration. If the Legislature takes no action, significant funding for St. Paul Public Schools will end. . . .
