Today, Department of Human Services (DHS) Secretary Teresa Miller was joined by Senator Lisa Baker (R, Luzerne) at Ruth Matthews Bourger Women with Children Program (WWC) at Misericordia University to learn about the program and discuss opportunities to expand education and training options for vulnerable Pennsylvanians.
