CAMDEN, New Jersey, March 26 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release:
Two men today admitted defrauding New Jersey state health benefits programs and other insurers out of millions of dollars by submitting fraudulent claims for medically unnecessary prescriptions, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito and New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal announced.
