RICHMOND, Virginia, March 26 -- Gov. Ralph S. Northam, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Virginia will honor and celebrate the service of Virginia's Vietnam War Veterans on March 29th and 30th.
Governor Northam has proclaimed March 29th as Vietnam War Veterans Day in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This observance coincides with National Vietnam War Veterans Day, which became a national holiday with the passage . . .
