CAMARILLO, California, March 26 -- California State University issued the following news release:

The U.S. Department of State and the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board, in cooperation with the Institute of International Education, are pleased to announce the launch of the 2018-2019 Fulbright U.S. Student Program application. The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides grants for individually designed study/research projects or for English Teaching Assistant Programs.
