OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, March 25 -- The Oklahoma Democratic Party issued the following statement by House Minority Leader Steve Kouplen, D-24th District, on in response to the Oklahoma Education Association's plan to reinvest and restore our state's commitment to education and core state services:
