WASHINGTON, March 25 -- The National Council for Behavioral Health issued the following statement by President and CEO Linda Rosenberg on the House budget:
"The 2018 budget agreement released yesterday by the House of Representatives contains significant support for many programs that will help individuals living with mental illness and addiction access treatment in their communities.
