SALEM, Oregon, March 7 -- Oregon State Treasurer Tobias Read issued the following news release:
State Treasurer Tobias Read and Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum today announced a shareholder lawsuit against Nevada gambling mogul Steve Wynn and the board of directors of Wynn Resorts Ltd. for massive breaches of fiduciary duty that caused damage to the company and impaired long-term shareholder value.
