COOKEVILLE, Tennessee, March 9 -- Tennessee Technological University issued the following news release:
One World, a student organization at Tennessee Tech will host its annual multicultural evening Thursday, March 15 at 6 p.m. in the Tech Pride Room of the Roaden University Center.
Second generation Holocaust survivor and musician Sylvia Samis will be the guest speaker for the event.
Samis was born in Munich, Germany, to Holocaust survivors Isak Rosenzweig . . .
