ATLANTA, Georgia, March 8 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
Today the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded a $100,000 Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) rebate to the Estill County Board of Education in Kentucky to reduce emissions from diesel engines. The rebate will fund the retrofitting and replacement of five school buses as part of its ongoing effort to reduce emissions from diesel vehicles.
