WASHINGTON, March 8 -- Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, issued the following statement, which was published in the Congressional Record on March 7, on Lithuania and Estonia centennials:
Mr. President, the Senate Baltic Freedom Caucus has been without a Republican cochair.
