INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, March 7 -- The Indiana House Republicans issued the following news release:

State Rep. Tony Cook's (R-Cicero) legislation helping schools address their immediate financial needs with additional funding flexibility is moving to the governor for consideration as a new law.

Cook said school funds are separated into three categories, including education, operations and rainy day. The education fund is used for all expenditures related to student . . .
