ST. PAUL, Minnesota, March 7 -- The Minnesota Department of Health issued the following news release:

A new report to the Minnesota Legislature lays out a path for safe and sustainable water reuse to become a bigger part of the state's overall water management picture in the near future.

Water reuse is the capture and use of stormwater, wastewater, and subsurface water to meet water demands for uses such as flushing, irrigation, cooling, washing, industrial process . . .
