Education Minnesota: School Safety Proposal is 'Not Enough'

ST. PAUL, Minnesota, March 7 -- Education Minnesota issued the following statement by President Denise Specht after Gov. Mark Dayton presented on Wednesday a set of modest proposals to increase access to mental health services for some students and to make incremental security improvements to school buildings:
