EAST LANSING, Michigan, March 6 -- Michigan State University issued the following news release:
Michigan State University Interim President John Engler announced two key executive level appointments today. Kathleen M. Wilbur has been appointed Executive Vice President for Government and External Relations, and Emily Gerkin Guerrant has been appointed Vice President and University Spokesperson.
