ALBANY, New York, March 6 -- The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority issued the following news release:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli today announced the members of the state's first-ever Decarbonization Advisory Panel, which was initially proposed by the Governor during his 2018 State of the State address in January.
