SALEM, Oregon, March 6 -- Gov. Kate Brown, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:
Governor Kate Brown today announced the appointment of Serena Stoudamire Wesley as Youth Development Director. The Youth Development Council's work supports the Governor's Future Ready Oregon initiative by helping youth who face barriers to education and the workforce get back on the path to high school graduation, college or career. The appointment is effective May 1.
