LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, March 5 -- The University of Arkansas's Little Rock campus issued the following news:
Dr. Ashvin Vibhakar, Joe T. Ford Chair of Finance at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, is among 15 new members of the Arkansas District Export Council appointed by U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross.
