Ireland Department of Children Issues Statement on Free Preschool Programme

DUBLIN, Ireland, March 5 -- The Ireland Department of Children and Youth Affairs issued the following statement by Minister Katherine Zappone:
"Parents of children with disabilities who are now deciding whether to defer their child's entry into free preschool will be able to avail of two full years irrespective of any future policy changes.
