SACRAMENTO, California, March 5 -- The California Arts Council issued the following news release:
High-school students from 46 counties across the state will gather in Sacramento on March 18 and 19 to make their voices heard. The county champions will compete in a statewide recitation contest at the 13th annual California Poetry Out Loud State Finals.
