BROWNWOOD, Texas, March 2 -- Howard Payne University issued the following news:
Howard Payne University has named Dr. Benjamin Martin, 2004 HPU graduate, as assistant vice president at HPU's New Braunfels Center. Dr. Martin will assume leadership of the center in March, filling the position vacated by Dr. Dale Meinecke in 2017. The public is invited to meet Dr. Martin on April 9 during a come-and-go reception from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at HPU's New Braunfels Center, 4102 . . .
