VERSAILLES, Kentucky, March 1 -- The Kentucky Community and Technical College System issued the following news release:
The Kentucky General Assembly unanimously passed resolutions this week honoring the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) on its 20-year anniversary.
The resolutions, HR 204 introduced by Rep. John "Bam" Carney and SR 235 introduced by Sen. Mike Wilson, outlined some of the system's achievements during its 20-year histo . . .
