Film Contest Winners Earn Recognition, Cash Prizes at Highline

DES MOINES, Washington, March 1 -- Highline College issued the following news release:
Student filmmakers found a variety of ways to tell the story of "Transformation," the theme of the 2018 Highline Film Festival. Contest judges selected four winners, with two very different films tying for the top spot:
First Place (tie): "Fear and Self-Loathing in Des Moines" by Dario Antonio Consiglieri and "Run for the Hills" by Makayla Sandberg
